Boy does it feel difficult to be “heart open” in today’s world, but as Bad Bunny reminded us, “The only thing more powerful than hate is love”. So how do we navigate our emotions and be more heart open?
Here are some simple examples:
❤️ Being more aware of beauty and awe in your everyday life. That might mean putting your phone away when walking your dog and actually noticing the word around you.
❤️ Experiencing more playfulness and joy in everyday activities. This looks different to everyone, what brings you joy?
❤️ Living more presently, and honestly, that means putting your phone down, being with people IRL, focusing on the moment your in rather than stressing about what has past or worrying about what is to come. Pro tip - yoga helps with that 😉
