Make the doctor appointment; find a dentist; reach out to the therapist you have been researching for months; connect with the people and groups you've been following on different plateforms; ask for a deeper connection from the guy you always have good conversations with in your place of worship and network with friends to exchange resources. Y'all all got something to teach each other.

Let me tell y'all about this amazing lady right here 🥰 One day I sat in her room and said "I want to apply for this 2 year intense masters program to to become a therapist and I ain't gonna be able to work." She smiled and said "We gonna be alright!" 😭 My momma held me tf down the full 2 years and more 💪🏾 She was there through all of the tears, heartache, sadness, joy, anxiety, happiness, breakdown, breakthroughs and pride ❣️ My momma was so supportive to me and my cohort members through snacks and prayers 💖 She was like Pippen for Jordan at the end of the "Flu Game" especially in these last 2 semesters. 🫂 😭 Words CANNOT EXPRESS how much I appreciate her or my gratitude. I wouldn't have made it without my momma ❤️ This degree is for Sparkles ✨️ I'm making My Momma Proud 🙌🏾🫶🏾 I Love You My Special Lady 😘
