Thought of the Day:

Forgiveness. The other night I was engrossed in my new novel when I came across the topic of forgiveness in the book. The quote was..."As long as there's blame, there's no healing. Everybody thinks forgiveness is a good idea, until they have something to forgive". I am reminded of the upcoming holidays and the family interactions that will be happening all across the country and the family interactions that put many people in a state of anxiety/depression.

I believe that true healing begins with forgiving yourself before anyone else. May you have a peaceful holiday season. Happy Thanksgiving!

Insight into how we can change our lives. I believe that it starts with awareness of your thoughts and feelings regarding a certain situation/issue. If one is aware of their thoughts regarding an issue, then perhaps they can take a step back and gain perspective on what needs to be done to address it. Make it a great day!

FEARS. False Emotions Appearing Real or False Evidence Appearing Real. However you say it, we all have fears to some degree in our lives.
