Ready to Heal, Relax, and Sleep Deeply Without Forcing It?
Sleep is when your body repairs tissues, strengthens your immune system, balances emotions, and restores energy. When your nervous system feels safe, deep rest becomes possible.
In this live session, we’ll begin with a short teaching on the science behind meditation and your body’s natural healing capacity. Then you’ll be guided through a calming meditation with healing affirmations and visualization designed to help you fully relax and drift into restorative sleep.
This isn’t about trying harder to sleep.
It’s about creating the safety your body needs to let go.
We’ll spend 15 minutes learning, 30 minutes in guided meditation, and close with gentle sharing. If you’re already sleepy, I’ll guide you to turn off your device and settle in for a healing night of rest.
