I’ve spent over two decades backstage and in the treatment room, and I’ve seen it all. I’ve seen the "burn bright, burn out" cycle play out more times than I can count.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s a strategy.

One tough conversation can follow you for hours… unless you know how to reset it.

Most people carry it. They replay it, stay tense, lose focus, and it quietly affects the rest of their day.

That’s not a mindset issue. That’s a nervous system that hasn’t come down yet.

The fastest way out is not overthinking it. It’s regulating it.

Bring your attention into your body

Most people think imposter syndrome is a "mindset" issue. I see it as a nervous system issue.

When you’re operating at a high level, the pressure to keep performing can trigger a loop of overthinking and doubt. But you don't have to "just push through" it. You can learn to regulate it... and actually enjoy the process.
