As some you may know I have been having some health problems as of late but what you may not know is how serious things actually are. About a month ago I left work feeling weak and and all sorts of horrible. After a series of blood tests it was determined that my kidneys had failed and immediate action was needed. However I sat in the hospital for almost a week before being released with not a whole lot of action taken. Then a week later I was back in the hospital (different hospital) where Where I had two surgeries to insert a catheter and vein and artery grafts for dialysis access. Dialysis was started right away and was a thing every day for a week. Now for the last three weeks I have been going to a dialysis clinic for four hours a day.
Sprinkled on top of that suck salad I was terminated from my job the first time i went to the hospital. As a temp there was really nothing I could do about it.
I have medicaid and it pays for a lot but not everything. So now I am swallowing my pride and asking for donations to help me pay for what my insurance does not cover.
