Women, Horses & Self
This winter–spring, I’ll be offering a six-session women’s equine gestalt group that feels like a natural continuation of the work many of you already know.
Held by the Herd is a small, relational group supported by horses, presence, and awareness. There’s no riding, no performance, and no expectation to arrive with anything figured out. The work unfolds through experience, relationship, and being with what’s here.

Cost
$40 per session for those who commit to the full series
Limited drop-in spots may be available at $60, as space allows
This group is trauma-informed, intentionally small, and paced to support choice and nervous system awareness.
