Hello to all of my amazing clients! 😁

I wanted to inform all of you that I was in a rock climbing incident this past weekend that resulted in a broken ankle and surgery. I am out of commission for some time!!

Unfortunately, this means that treats will be out of stock until further notice. I will keep you updated on when treats will be available for purchase again.

Thank you, thank you for all of your loving support! We haven’t forgotten about you so definitely don’t forget about us!

Ground Turkey and Sweet Potato

2 tbsp olive oil
3 lbs ground turkey
3 medium sweet potatoes
3 carrots
2 zucchini
1 cup broccoli
3 cups chicken stock or water
20 oz of macaroni noodles

1. In a large Dutch oven, heat oil on medium heat. Add turkey, begin to break it down and cool for 10 mins.
2. With a food processor, finely chop vegetables. Add in veggies and stock to turkey. Cook on a strong simmer for 8 mins or until tender.
3. Fill a large stock lock with water and bring to a rolling boiling. Add noodles and cook for 10 mins. Drain and add to vegetable mixture. Divide mixture into meal prep bins and refrigerate or freeze.
*Let cool for 15-2 mins before serving
