So grateful for the time and recognition shared from our friends at Visit South Bend in their annual publication.

I am unbelievably thankful to have their support in getting our message out to anyone looking to spend time in the Michiana area.

I look forward to working with the V.S.B. crew on future projects and continuing to push forward into the future, driving awareness and recognition to our great area of our country!

Two weeks ago I had the unique pleasure of attending Grand Cochon in Chicago, the culmination of COCHON 555 US TOUR.

I was so happy to meet everyone, find a group of like minded chefs, and stumble upon a reminder that my belief in brutally straight forward and genuine at heart about food is not just some product of my wild and crazed imagination...

All of this being said, I am proud to say that I have officially put my name in the ring to be part of this great event in the future. I hope to hear back from the organizers in the coming weeks to see how our teams at Bourbon & Butcher, Corndance Tavern, Evil Czech Brewery and Public House, and Jesús Latin Grill and Tequila Bar can lend a hand in furthering the general publics knowledge of heritage breed hogs and supporting local farmers

We are celebrating the patio weather we have been enjoying with the latest edition to the Jesús Latin Grill and Tequila Bar ceviche repitoire.

Seeing as Cape Gooseberries originated in Peru, it only seemed fitting to showcase the vibrant-acidic sweetness of cape gooseberries by creating a leche de tigre out of them; incorporating them into Peru's national dish.

This was a fun piece of collaboration with Gary, our mixologist at Jesús Latin Grill and Tequila Bar. Seasonal produce inspiring our Latin American fare.

We are proud to announce that as long as the Naranja Agria, or sour orange, is in season, we will be featuring these two seasonal items!

Today we are featuring items influenced by the Yucatán peninsula! The sour orange or naranja agria is used within many culinary practices in the famous region along the coast of the Gulf of Mexico.
