We love a long, meandering flow that slowly brings you down to the ground after a deep, satisfying vinyasa. Try this little sequence and hold each pose for 5 full breaths… or log into buddhimoves and take the entire class, complete with multiple warm-up flows that prep you perfectly for this full-body series.

The Challenge: 3 classes per week (yoga, FlowLIFT, or both—your call) 3 mindful walks per week (20 minutes counts) Any length. Any level. Just show up.

It’s cozy season, which means it’s time to get on the ground and roll around on your favorite rug. Move on all fours, melt into lunges, maybe throw in a Warrior I or II. Stretch out your legs and low back on the floor, add a bridge, finish with a reclined spinal twist.

Not sure what to do? Pop on one of our 20, 40, or 60-minute videos and turn your brain off. Let Amanda and Carolina guide you through a magnificent sequence. Bonus: your pets love it when you’re on the floor. Do it for them. Do it for you.

As we head into the holidays, we’re keeping things simple, supportive, and doable with our new Yoga15 and LIFT15 quickie classes (perfect for busy days), and getting ready for our upcoming Challenge. Short classes, real results, and a community that’s got your back. Let’s finish the year feeling good and head into January strong together.

You’ve been holding it together all week. Your body knows it—tight chest, locked hips, shoulders up by your ears.

These 3 supported blocks flows aren’t about flexibility or effort. They’re about giving your body permission to release what it’s been gripping onto.

Passive stretching works differently. You’re not forcing anything open—you’re letting gravity and support do what your willpower can’t.

Bring your blocks. Show up exactly as you are. Let yourself actually release and rebalance.

1. 😴 Reclined Savasana with Blocks —One block under ribs, taller block under head. Your chest opens without effort. Your shoulders melt back. Your breath finally has room.
Feet on the ground OR try reclined hero’s if your hips are open. Either way, you’re releasing what you’ve been holding all week.

2. 🌁 Supported Bridge — Block under sacrum, legs straight.
Move the block narrow or wide to hit different parts of your psoas and front of the hips. Feel where your low back actually lets go. Add a top-of-foot stretch if you want—your hip flexors will love you for it.

3. 🐟 Supported Fish Pose — Blocks under shoulder blades.
This opens your chest, ribs, and throat—all the places you collapse when you’re stressed, hunched over a screen, or just done. Lie here and let gravity do the work.

Don’t forget to breathe DEEPLY through your nose 👃

Holiday stress isn’t something you can think your way out of. It’s stored in your body—in the tension you’re holding, the breath you’re not taking, the constant readiness for the next thing.

Yoga isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about giving your nervous system what it actually needs: breath that signals safety, movement that releases holding, and permission to not be “on” for 15 minutes.
