A dreamy blend of yin yoga, kundalini breathwork, and meditation that leaves you calm, clear, and perfectly balanced — not too mellow, not too wired… juuuuuust right 😌

🌀 What’s inside this class (carousel slides):
1️⃣ Spinal Flexes – Warm up your hips and spine with quick, rhythmic movements and deep breaths.
2️⃣ Deep Lunge (3 options) – Soften your hip flexors: hands on the ground, forearms on the thigh, or hands to hips for the deepest release.
3️⃣ Cobra Flow + Yin Hold – Move up and down with your breath, then melt into a long hold to open the front of your body and spine.
4️⃣ Active Spinal Twists – Add rhythmic breathing to increase mobility and energize your core.
5️⃣ Blue Pearl Meditation – A peaceful closing to awaken intuition and settle into your neutral “Goldilocks zone.” 🌙

Grateful for what my body does, not how it looks 🙏

This body:

* Flows through yoga and FlowLIFT classes
* Teaches for hours without getting tired
* Holds arm balances (even when shaking)
* Digs in the dirt on weekends
* Hugs friends & family
* Sweats out stress
* Tells me when to rest
* Goes for long walks
* Shows up for me every day

Our relationship with our bodies shifted when we stopped asking “how do I look?” and started asking “what can I do?”
The answer? So much more than we ever gave it credit for 💪✨

In our newest Büddhi Babble episode with bodywork master Dave Claing, we talk about the importance of “taking out the trash” that builds up in the system instead of sweeping it under the rug. 🧹

And in Amanda’s newest yoga class, Let It Go Flow, we explore flow through body and breath:
1️⃣ Cobra rolls — inhale cobra / exhale down / inhale flip / exhale belly. Add the interlace at the end for deep release.
2️⃣ Ustrasana helicopter — the easiest way to open into a big backbend. Breathe deep, move slow, let your heart expand.
3️⃣ Kickstand twist — the perfect neutralizer after camel pose.

You know that thing you keep doing even though it’s not working anymore?

Yeah, that one.

Maybe it’s saying yes when you mean no. Scrolling instead of sleeping. Waiting for the “right time” that never comes.
Staying quiet when you actually have something to say.

October is when things shift. The days get shorter, the world slows down, and if you’re paying attention — you start to notice the patterns that aren’t serving you anymore.

Here’s the thing about patterns: they feel safe because they’re familiar. But familiar isn’t always good for you.

So let’s disrupt something this month.
