The full moon in Cancer last night really made me emotional, especially since I am a Cancer moon child. It was nice to come home after the holiday. Traveling with two young children is not easy! There were so many ups and downs. When I look back, I hope I was fully present and made everything magical for my little ones.
Now, as the New Year approaches, I am entering a period of deep reflection. How can I stay focused and aligned in 2024? What things am I still holding onto that no longer benefit me?

Winter solstice is upon us! Winter can feel very dark and lonely but it is the birthplace of magic, transformation, revolution, and evolution! We're are at a pivotal point in this world in so many ways. Use this period of the year to retreat and sit still.
It is through slowing down you can truly listen and reconnect with your divine self. Renewal, birth, growth, & transformation come after the death and decay of the winter.

I can’t believe I’m entering my fourth year of doing retreats! It’s been such a dream of mine for so long. I’m so grateful so many of you have come back here after year. This year is going to be pretty special and there is only five spots left because the rest of the spots are already reserved for the becoming program participants. I’m opening registration this week link will be in bio. This year’syear’s retreat we’re going to be out in nature. I got this amazing farmhouse next to a lake in north San Diego. We will have a couple spots available for those that want to stay overnight this year. We are going to be working with a lot on mindfulness, regulation, and coming home to ourselves. We will also have different services on site such as, intuitive bodywork/massages, individual readings, hiking, and yoga. I’m really feeling the need to release and figure out how to fill us up so we can continue to become the women who we need to be during the lifetime.

Looking back on this year and I’ve truly pushed myself to all the edges and back. I’m not the same woman. It feels good to be doing everything I LOVE, In all the roles I have as a Mama, partner, coach, psychotherapist, priestess, & mentor. I’m looking forward to just being more of Camille. Grounding and staying regulated is my biggest intention. Without those things I go back to the default of being overwhelmed, anxious, and tired. I’m releasing that! What are you releasing for 2024?

Today is the beginning of a journey into the depths of one's soul. The light and shadow will be revealed in the next 8 months. I'm grateful to be guiding these women. Todays' full moon in Gemini energy is playful and fickle. How can you slow things down this time of year to truly enjoy the present? Are you finding yourself anxious with lots of self doubt? What is causing your restlessness? All important questions to ask yourself during your full moon ritual. Don't have one yet? My monthly temple is taking a break this month and will be returning in January as the BECOMING Temple. During this sacred time and place we focus on the full moon energy to shed and release what doesn't serve us anymore. This temple is part of my BECOMING program.
