This week has been rough for me. During the lockdown, whenever I had a stressful time I neglected my practice. This week I really had to “push” myself to stick with it. I’ve been working on releasing tension and my breathe work, yesterday I got to take a class which was nice to work on things that I don’t usually do on my own. I’ve found I really like to do yoga before bed and I’ve done some meditation before bed too. Hopefully next week will be a little “easier”
