This week we celebrate Creative Arts Therapies Week, recognizing the mental health professionals who use artistic expression and creative processes to support mental health and wellness.

Creative Arts Therapists are highly trained and credentialed clinicians who integrate art, music, movement, drama, and poetry into evidence based mental health care. At BrightQuest Nashville, we are proud to have four talented Creative Arts Therapists who bring these modalities into their work with clients every day.

Our Registered Dance Movement Therapist, Victoria Budesa, MA, AMFT, R-DMT, our Board Certified Art Therapist Stephanie Hectorne, ATR-BC, LPC-MHSP, and our Board Certified Music Therapists Kate Kelly, MT-BC, RYT-200 and Becca Ekberg, MT-BC, each contribute unique expertise that helps clients explore expression, connection, and personal growth through creative processes.
