Statistically, most New Year’s resolutions are abandoned by February. If yours fell off the radar, here’s a secret: You don’t need a new calendar year to start over. In the corporate world, we talk about "Quarterly Reviews" for business, why not for our well-being? If your goal was too big, shrink it. If it was too stressful, change it. Wellness isn't a pass/fail exam; it’s an ongoing negotiation with your lifestyle.
