Core to Soar is a personal training and fitness company that works with high spirited men and women looking to add adventure, camaraderie and fun into their workouts. Our focus is to build mental and physical strength, create a supportive atmosphere, and rediscover the excitement of life! It’s not just about weight loss—it’s about complete transformation from the core, so you can soar! I believe that passion and self-confidence are key to getting above-and-beyond results, soaring past anything you ever believed possible. Therefore, I put a lot of emphasis on personal empowerment in everything I do, and every program I create. I know there’s a shift in the fitness industry towards virtual training, but I consider myself a purist. There’s nothing like being outdoors with your friends and neighbors, or working one-on-one with a personal trainer. For this reason, I host FIT Camps for local groups at community parks. I also offer a mobile personal training service, where I bring my gym to you! I go to your house with all my fitness equipment, so you can get up out of that office chair and get moving. It’s like clicking a button and having the gym just BE there. If you’re a mom with small children and feel like you can’t exercise because of your circumstances, then I’m definitely the trainer for you. I have two boys, and a lot of clients with one foot in the playroom and the other foot in the boardroom. Let me show you how to reclaim your mind and body as a woman.

I'm not perfect and I never will be. I am determined and driven to succeed though, so I do. Every race is a new challenge, a new opportunity, a new meaning and a new accomplishment for me. I race because I can. I race because it makes me feel alive. I race because I know I can do better than the one before.
