There was a period of my life when I was married, working for myself, and traveling to beautiful places…I had everything that should make me happy.

Travel was my escape.
It felt exciting until the moment I arrived — and shortly after the same problems, the same discomfort within myself, showed up right alongside me.
Different scenery, same unaddressed patterns.

Eventually, I stopped trying to outrun the parts of myself I didn’t want to look at.
I faced the shadows, the wounds, the marital issues, the behaviors that kept repeating.

And that’s when things actually changed — not because of the location I was sitting in, but because I finally shifted my inner world.

Now I can be anywhere — home or across the world — and feel grounded, clear, and at peace because I’m no longer carrying what I used to run from.

✨ Quantum Leaps + Pyramid Portals ✨

The private ceremony inside The Grand Pyramid will forever hold a sacred place in my heart — not just for the magic of the moment, but for what it represented.

Exactly one year before that day, I quietly decided to release alcohol from my life. No plan. No timeline. Just an inner knowing that it was time to honor the next version of me. 🕊️

What I didn’t realize then was that I was stepping into a quantum leap.

In September 2024, I chose alignment over effort.
I started saying YES to everything my future self would welcome…
and NO to everything she’d outgrown.

One year later, I found myself standing in a completely different reality.

✈️ I always dreamed of going to Egypt. To walk around these ancient sites was a life fulfilling wish. When I stopped telling myself I couldn’t do things is when life opened up for me. I stopped shutting my dreams down before they even began and instead chose to pouring into them.

I’ll never say it’s a once in a lifetime trip. To me that’s a silly notion. I’ll be back, and probably not too long from now! 😉✈️ It’s only a flight or two away! 💫

Your shadow self holds the key to unlocking true freedom. Rather than fearing it, try to understand that it's a manifestation of the parts of you that keep you trapped in negative patterns. These patterns can show up as self-sabotage, feelings of worthlessness, and a sense of being stuck.

The good news is that while these shadows aren't visible on a conscious level, you do have the power to overcome them. By letting curiosity lead the way and exploring your shadows through meditation, you can integrate them and start living a more authentic life.

One thing to keep in mind is that you're not flawed or broken, you're ready to rise! ❤️
