If there is chronic gingivitis, which is an inflammatory condition, then I know there is inflammation in other parts of the body, other than the gums. Your mouth is important since it lets everything in to your body. So, how can you serve your mouth best besides brushing and flossing? Let’s start by looking at how to decrease the amount of inflammation generalized throughout the body...
