Ever feel like you’re sprinting through the week but never actually catching up?

Most of us don’t have a time problem…..we have a management problem. When you learn to master your time, you get to create space for what matters most. That might mean finishing your workday without that buzzing in your brain, or finally having the energy to make dinner, move your body, or actually enjoy your evening.

Time management isn’t about squeezing more into your day. It’s about slowing the pace so you can be intentional with your energy. When you protect your time, you protect your peace.

This is what I used to do everyday after school . Knock on my friend’s doors and asked them to come and play. It’s clear we lose this sense of adventure as adults but we don’t have to lose it completely.

This month’s recharge room is a chance to process burnout through play. We will be doing silly stretches, inner child meditation, and discovering your play personality.
