Body scans are one of my favorite mindfulness tools. It’s so common for stress to show up physically… clenching the jaw, lifting the shoulders, even holding tension in places we don’t realize like the butt cheeks.
A simple body scan helps us take back control of how we respond to stress throughout the day. Take a moment to consciously soften those problem spots, and in doing so, release the energetic weight that no longer serves you.
