Awareness is where it all begins.
Before change, before healing, before growth… there’s simply noticing.

Noticing your breath.
Noticing tension in your body.
Noticing your thoughts without getting swept up in them.

We don’t need to fix everything right away.
We just need to be with it first.

Ways to build awareness:
• Take 3 slow, intentional breaths
• Do a quick body scan (where are you holding tension?)
• Pause before reacting—give yourself a moment
• Step outside and ground yourself in nature
• Put your phone down and just be for a minute

Small moments like these add up.
Awareness creates space… and in that space, healing happens.
