As the owner of All Heart CPR & First Aid Training, Id like to introduce myself!
My name is Gary Chiles, I started my paid career in the fire and EMS services in 1985 after my honorable discharge (disabled veteran) from the Navy.
My college education includes a degree in Fire Science, advanced studies in Human Anatomy and Physiology (pre-med), and Arson investigation.
I attended Paramedic training as an EMT at Southwestern College (class of 81). In the fire service in San Diego, CA. I worked in all four aspects of modern Firefighting, (Crash, Structural, Wildland, and Shipboard).
Notably, my career also took me in the path of Arson Investigation in which I investigated over 400 fires as a Federal arson investigator during a five-year span.
In 2001, I worked at the twin towers devastation in New York city with LA County sheriff's SAR teams performing collapse and debris search and recovery.
Worked as a Rescue officer for Camp Pendleton Fire Dept for 2 years before returning to San Diego. In San Diego, I attained the rank of Capt and got mandatory retired due to age as such.
I started teaching EMS, CPR and first aid back in the 90s due to a personal vision that every person needs to know and learn this.. went on a lot of calls in my career where deaths could have prevented by some simple first aid or CPR performed prior to our arrival!
Since then, our client base has been virtually every walk of life and skill sets, from medical professionals to construction and engineering firms!
Hopefully, this shines a light on my company a little by showing my experience.
