We are thrilled to welcome Cameron to the Soma family! ❤️🙏
Cam Oxenham, a 500-hour RYT, is a yoga and meditation teacher who guides students toward presence, balance, and inner calm. He blends breathwork and meditation practices with restorative and yin yoga to help the body release tension, restore energy, and invite mindfulness.
Trained in singing bowl therapy at Bali Yoga School under Master Sarvottam Ji, Cam weaves gentle sound and vibration into his teaching to enhance relaxation and deepen awareness. Classes are designed to ground the body, focus the mind, and open space for stillness, creating a supportive environment where students can reconnect with themselves.
Accessible to students of all levels, Cam’s approach combines gentle guidance, mindful breath, and sound techniques to nurture clarity, calm, and inner harmony.
