My shoulder joint pain was improving by giving Reiki to myself but it didn't go away completely. So I looked deeper into the causes.Yes they are multiple causes beside aging and lack of exercise. My pendulum showed my immune system level as 5 out of 10. This led me to seek measures to improve my immune system.

I love sweets. But I want to be healthier physically and mentally. So I'm now on a diet without sugar for the next 3 weeks and see anything changes. Bye bye milk chocolates, for good 💗💗💗
