GROUNDING🐾😇...Four paws🐾🐾 may be better than two👣 ..
Grounding👣 is so beneficial for our over all health and sense of well being...
One of my favorite❣ ways to Ground is walking👣 in the sand at the beach with Gracie🙏..my CFO...Chief furry officer.
My Other favorite way is lying on my Zenergy Healing mat every evening!! Grounding is Blissful! 🙏🌈😇
Grounding👣: also called Earthing, is a therapeutic technique that involves doing activities that “ground” or electrically reconnect you to the earth.😊

It can be done during prayer, meditation🙏, after exercise, before bed or anytime your feet👣 can get into REAL grass, sand, earth or even on your Zenergy🌈 mat.
Try Grounding👣 it is simple:
1. Find a patch of grass or sand
2. Remove your shoes (and socks)
3. Push your heels into the earth
4. Wiggle your toes to feel the grass or sand
5. Close your eyes
6. Breath in for 3 seconds
7. Breath out for 3 seconds
8. Repeat 6/7 for 5 breathes
9. Sit quietly for 2 minutes.
10. Open your eyes
