The more you love yourself the more enjoyable this crazy ass life will be. How you show up for yourself is a direct indicator of how others will show up for you. We think love comes from outside of us, but in reality, love comes from within us and how you love yourself is exactly how the outside world is loving you.
Now let's take that a step deeper. If we don't love ourselves then we are afraid of ourselves. When we are afraid of ourselves we do everything we can to escape. Escapism is the vehicle we use to try to run away. But as you all know very well, whether you realize it or not... You can't escape yourself.
The only answer there is to this dilemma is to return inward and witness the being that you actually are. When you finally stop trying to escape, you can be present with yourself and get to know who you are, and when you do, you will begin the deepest love affair you will ever experience.
This is where the magic of life lives.
There's a gazillion ways to take the journey inward and I know you will find the path that speaks to your soul and guides you deeper and deeper so that you too can finally set yourself free from the illusion of fear. Love is all there is and when you REALLY take that in, the outer world will show you this truth.
It is said that when you fear something, the way around it is through it. You walk towards that which holds you captive in your mind and face it head on.
Always remembering that love is all there is and if that is true then whatever it is you're fearing is nothing to be afraid of because fear is a construct of the mind and is perpetuated through the abandoning of oneself.
Every moment of everyday you have the opportunity to stop abandoning yourself. So take it one moment at a time and when you witness that you have abandoned yourself return back, give yourself a hug and begin again.
This time in history is the most potent time that has ever been because everything about this existence is lined up to support your return to self and allowing the love that has always been to be the dominate force in your life.
Today, when you look out into the world ... before you jump into judgement, step back and pause for a moment. Connect to your heart center and surround whatever you are witnessing with infinite light and love. Let this love and light permeate everything. Now look again and you will see that love really is all there is ✨💜✨
