Today on World Kindness Day (and every other day too), I want to remind you that kindness to YOURSELF is just as important as to kindness to others.
We so often put others before ourselves, so make World Kindness Day a for YOU too.
Kindness is one of the most powerful healing forces there is! It softens, brings calm, love, care, joy, laughter all the good things that give space for healing!
Take a good listen inside... Are you speaking to yourself in a kind way? Your self-talk goes on inside all day long and even effects your dreamtime too. Today start the practice of speaking to yourself the way someone who really really loves and adores you would speak to you.
I encourage you to try one of my other Self-Care tips today to give YOURSELF some healing kindness, you deserve it.
