Specs Optometry was originally founded by Dr. Okamura and Dr. Decker in 1978 in Golden Hill. They moved the practice to South Park in 1982. In April of 2012, Dr. Okamura and Dr. Decker retired and brought on Dr. Fitzpatrick to continue the family practice. Accepting new patients. Walk-ins are welcome.
