PCR testing leaves a company with two stark choices: Shut the doors while awaiting results or send possibly infected employees back to work, where they will infect others, while awaiting results. If shutting the doors is not an option a company will not dig out from outbreak status for months at least.

Rapid Testing is the best tool we have for capturing and containing spread. The media report that they produce false positives and false negatives are based on the two worst versions of antigen tests- that Abbot BinaxNOW and Quidel Sofia.

The tests we use have no such issues and to date have brought literally every one of our outbreak status clients into the clear after no more than 6 weeks of testing.
