This is true in life, and it’s especially true for core recovery.
For the last three months, I got to focus on this with all of the moms showing up to rebuild strength, one mindful movement at a time in my free Core Recovery for Moms class. It was beautiful ❤️
As moms, we’re wired to squeeze in the sweat, chase the high intensity, push hard because time feels so limited. But the real progress? It’s in slowing down. Doing the deep work. Strengthening the core with intention.
Rushing or adding more usually leads to burnout, frustration, and even setbacks. Slowing down may feel hard at first, but it actually gets you to your goals faster, safer, and with less stress.
Compassion for yourself + a little patience with your body = lasting results.
