So often, moms reach for the routines that worked before pregnancy, because no one really teaches us that postpartum recovery is a whole different season.

It’s not that you can’t get sweaty again (you definitely can), it’s just that without rebuilding your foundation first, your body isn’t fully supported for that kind of intensity.
