I was born and raised in South Africa where I graduated from college with a Business degree, and emigrated to Toronto, Canada in March 1986 soon after my first daughter was born.
My second daughter was born in Toronto in 1989. Since then we moved to San Diego, CA. USA, which has been our home since 1995.
I have been a competitive athlete most of my life. From achieving a Black belt in Shotokan Karate, to running 20+ Marathons and numerous other distance races at a high level. I branched into Personal Training and coaching as a career for the past 25 years. I have run my own Personal Training studio for the past 20 years and love what I do with a passion.
