And if you have medical need for GLP-1s I highly recommend working with a dietitian to prevent muscle wasting & nutrient deficiency!! You got this 💪💪

I want to be very clear that I’m talking about GLP-1 use off-label in this video, or as a short-term weight loss strategy, not for their actual intended use. Their use could increase risk of EDs!
