I can hardly believe it… my NEW WEBSITE is LIVE!!!! 😃

I have literally spent years of brainstorming and every moment of free time in the past month building this brand new INTERACTIVE website!

DID YOU KNOW… that after crushing garlic cloves, you should wait 10 minutes before cooking with it? 🧄

When you chop garlic and disrupt the cell walls, the amino acid Alliin and the enzyme Alliinase intermingle to create the heart healthy antioxidant Allicin. But it take a few minutes! So mince your garlic first, then chop the rest of your vegetables, and then let the cooking begin! ❤️
