Inspired Start To Finish BE THANKFUL THURSDAY: If you're an achiever like me, you might find yourself from time to time beating yourself up for what's left on your to-do list at the end of the day or what you "should have" gotten done. Instead, a great practice to get into is to end every day with a quick 3-5 items in a gratitude journal of the things (big or small) that you observed in your day that you are grateful for. That to-do list will always be there and I think you will find it will be so much more fun to wake up in the morning thinking about the great things in your life NOW than the things that need to get done. Let it go and feel the flow :)
