Thoroughly inspired by last night's Olympia showdown. Staying up to date on this sport not only keeps you fresh but serves as constant inspiration for the level of muscularity and conditioning it takes to be successful.

Back day pump was one for the books! So happy with what I've been able to accomplish in my most recent workouts. My back has never felt stronger, more flexible and the pain/tightness I've dealt with for some time is finally disappearing.

Excited to write some things down about how I literally rehabbed my own body after my breast augmentation surgery. I'm back to lifting heavier and with better form than before. (What's more exciting is the further this journey develops, the better I understand each one of my client's and their potential for growth.)

So, in short, this is bodybuilding & yeah, I live here now. 😜
