There has been a delicate balance of holding on and letting go this year. It’s challenging to accept letting go when you don’t welcome the change, when it feels like a loss, or you fear the unknown. Life is complicated. Growing up is hard. Change is inevitable. Focus on what you can control and do good in this world. Embrace, and fully soak in the moments of bliss.

This morning I had an X-ray guided epidural steroid injection between C6&C7. The lidocaine wore off too quick or wasn’t enough. The doctor “missed” or went too far and a warm pain shot down my left arm. This pain has persisted throughout the day. I’m praying this procedure will eventually give positive results. 😢💉
