My 30s stretched me in ways I never expected.
There were seasons that felt heavy and moments that pushed me far outside my comfort zone. I did not choose the challenges, but they pushed me to grow in ways I could not have grown otherwise.

What changed everything was the moment I shifted my mindset.
Meditation and mindfulness helped me regulate my emotions, calm my nervous system, and rebuild myself from a place of clarity instead of fear. That shift became the foundation of my healing and the reason I wrote my first book about simple, practical tools you can use in your daily life.

Most of us don’t realize how much our bodies are holding until we finally slow down. The tension, the overthinking, the exhaustion that doesn’t go away with rest — it’s all your nervous system asking for safety.

There was a time when I felt like I was doing everything right but still couldn’t find peace. I was constantly moving, trying to hold it all together, waiting for life to slow down before I finally did.

What I’ve learned is that peace doesn’t come from control or perfection. It comes from awareness, from choosing to pause, even when everything feels messy.

Practicing Mindfulness on the Go is finally out in the world, and I can’t begin to describe what it feels like to hold something that came from so many quiet moments, so many lessons, and so much growth.

This book was written for the days when you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or caught in the noise of it all. For the moments when you forget how to slow down, how to breathe, or how to come back to yourself.

My hope is that these pages remind you that mindfulness isn’t about getting it all right. It’s about noticing. Returning. Choosing presence, again and again.
