Providing innovative care to over 108,000 patients through a vast network of community clinics and program sites including: medical clinics, dental clinics, behavioral health centers, HIV centers, WIC nutrition centers, mobile medical units, school-based health centers, chiropractic care, pediatric development clinics, teen clinics, Senior Health Center and Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) centers.

We did it! 1,060 screenings completed!👏

Earlier this year, San Ysidro Health received the Grossmont Health Care District grant to help connect our East County community with essential screenings and better access to care. The goal? 1,000 screenings by the end of 2025.

Thanks to our incredible Research & Health Promotion, Mobile Health Services teams, and our community, we’ve already surpassed that goal with 1,060 screenings completed!

Our Mobile Health Services are still on the move, bringing care directly to you. From vaccinations to essential screenings, we’re here to keep our communities healthy and strong.
