People! We got an Amethyst BioMat!

What is that everyone asks?!?!

It is a table length mat that has alternating rows of black Tourmaline and Amethyst stones that are excited by electric current. This process releases Negative Ions (like what you would experience while walking along the Ocean at the water's edge) and also releases Far Infrared Rays that pe*****te through all of our body to heat us up from the inside out.

How is the beneficial for us?
Negative ions are essential to keeping us healthy, especially in our modern world riddled with toxic frequencies, waves, vapors, etc all around us. Negative ions are free and available ions that can bond to all those toxins (positive ions) and help us feel a new sense of vitality and health in our bodies.
It is super relaxing and requires nothing but laying on the mat for a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour.

I was able to acquire one of these mats after many years of wanting to offer this to my family and my community. You see, no one here in South San Diego has access to this therapy. In MY experience the only places I have ever found any practitioner using this BioMat has been in Encinitas, Carlsbad, Leucadia (historically places in San Diego where the socioeconomic factor is, let's say, higher)

We are back to announce to our broader community that we have the honor of having Nana Rosalina, from Cheran, visiting Kumeeay territory on both sides of the border to share her wisdom with all of us. This training is a three day sharing of knowledge on traditional sobada to learn how to bring balance to the body/mind/spirit with our hands and the support of medicinal herbs. Se enlazarán todos los Altares Espejos ubicados en diferentes partes del mundo en una transmisión en vivo.

Este movimiento mundial es una ofrenda a Wirikuta y un acto de agradecimiento a los Ancestros de la Naturaleza.
