In your own space, for about 15 minutes, place your attention onto your heart and bring something into your mind that brings in the emotion of joy, love, gratitude, or a similar emotion. Emanate that feeling out from your heart to each and every human being on the planet and to Mother Earth.

You can sit in silence or listen to some meditative music to assist in the emotion.

If Sunday at 11am PST doesn’t work for you, do it when you can, setting the intention to connect with the collective energy of all meditating for humanity and our planet.

You can, of course, sit in meditation for longer than 15 minutes (or less, if 15 minutes feels too long); and if you feel called, you can even do this every day or any day that you have time.

A sign from my mother-in-law on our morning walk on my father-in-law’s birthday. 💙 🎂

My husband and I walk our dogs on this route almost daily, and today was the day it caught my attention.

Our loved ones that have crossed are always with us and show us signs. We just need to be open to receive them!

About Me

As an Advanced Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner {RTT} and Certified Hypnotherapist, I help people who are ready for major change get to the root of their issue and help them transform their lives. Confidence, low self-esteem, money blocks, eating and health habits, weight loss, stress, motivation, smoking cessation, public speaking, fears, addictions and relationships are just a few ways that I can help people can transform their lives and gain the freedom they desire.

In addition to RTT, I offer Life Coaching to help people achieve their goals, overcome obstacles and make changes or shifts in their lives. I am also a Certified Holistic Health Coach, helping people as they heal from chronic illness, lose weight or simply get their health on track.

I live in San Diego, CA with my wonderful husband, 4 amazing children and our 3 rescue dogs. When I’m not helping people, I enjoy learning about health & the mind, hiking, yoga, meditating, volunteering at my kids school and rescuing dogs.
