And that’s a wrap! Thank you VIP and everyone who helped get me here! 30 hours of physical therapy with the best people ever! Ended my 2 weeks with climbing the rock wall!! Miss Donna has been with me since day 1, 11 years ago!! I feel stronger than ever and promise to keep making you all proud! 💚💚

Week 1:
15 hours of physical therapy in the books! ✔️
Blood (just from a rug burn in my hotel), lots of sweat and some tears this week but this girl ended it all with smiles!! VIP has been amazing for her body, her movements, her endurance! 145 minutes in the Lokomat and over 5 miles on the FES machine! One more week to go!!

It’s been a minute but we are back to VIP and ready to kick some butt!! Three hours completed today and Ira is wiped out! Back at tomorrow and all of spring break!! Thank you all for getting me here! 💚

As this Thanksgiving comes around, I'm feeling extra thankful to everyone for a decade of love and support. In these past 10 years I've grown and done so much, achieved so many goals and hit many milestones-all because of YOU!
We won't be hosting an Ira run this year but please stay tune for I&A's annual Nash Bash.
I'll be heading to VIP in March and will continue to kick butt every day in this CP journey! 💚

Woke up at 4:30am, poked with needles, prepped for an MRI, and still all smiles! Fingers crossed that we’re a candidate for DBS (deep brain stimulation) procedure in our near future! This could be a game changer for Ira!! 💚💚

This is what unified sports is all about! Making EVERYONE feel like they are amazing and can do anything they want, just like anyone else- no matter their mental or physical ability! Ira had the best season and I am forever grateful to her amazing coach Beth Krohmer! Hearing the students cheer for these kids makes this mama heart so happy! ❤️

My cheeks still hurt from smiling so much and my heart is so incredibly grateful and full!! Thank you to every single person who sponsored, came out, cheered, walked, ran, biked, donated and even wished us well wishes for a fabulous day! It was indeed! Ira’s body certainly hasn’t worked the best for her this past year but that doesn’t stop this girl from trying and doing everything she wants to and can! Here’s to an AMAZING 2023- determined to come back stronger than ever next year!! 💚

Thank you all for being so patient as we continue having issues with PayPal through our registration link. We have heard from a few that it’s best to use your computer through Google Chrome vs your phone. If you get far enough to the PayPal Checkout page or payment pending your registration will be received. You can reach out to one of os us on the board members and we will verify it was received.
