🌴🫀🌲A study conducted in the UK showed that people who did not spend time in green space had significantly higher prevalence of heart diseases. ⁠

🤯There are many reasons - we could write an entire book about it but the gist is this... ⁠

Our bodies are made to live outside. The things we have invented to keep us safe from poisonous snakes and berries are incredible - but they can be counterproductive when it comes to long-term health.⁠

Healing doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes it's just a walk in the park. ⁠

Wake it and Shake it!!!⁠

Dancing rewires your brain and is therapy in motion. ⁠

Rhythmic movement lowers cortisol, regulates your mood, and reconnects you with joy through processing emotions and improving focus. ⁠

In your darkest moments...in every moment - get up and dance!!!!! ⁠

It seems counter intuitive, but the best way to move the bad feelings out is to shake dat ass!!! ⁠

Who cares if you look funny?!!! For real... ⁠

Literally everything takes practice. ⁠

Those people who seem like "naturals" probably come from families that danced at every event... ⁠
