As a professional- i am responding to the horrific killing of George Floyd and the wounding and murder of countless other black people by working actively on anti-racism, listening to black leadership and black voices, celebrating black exquisite beauty, championing black resiliency. I am in agreement and working towards dismantling systemic and all forms of racism and hate. Please contact me if you have any questions.

In a session, we will
1. Introduce and say hello. I will review session legalities and need your verbal consent to provide treatment.
2. I will share 2 immediate coping skills that help lower anxiety and build greater calm
3. We will Assess & Identify what support you would like
4. Address your area of need and your goal (which will very person to person)
5. We may make a plan, or a reminder list, or a support list
6. We will review our time and close the session.
