Had somebody reach out a couple of days ago that's living out of their car in Eugene and just reminded me of this story of when we first came into Oregon, and we were kind of living out of our car. Tiny little hatchback with a giant roof rack. Just a little shout out to all you spirit warriors out there looking for your magical family. Passion flowers, one of our greatest herbs. Anti anxiety. Really relaxing, really great flavor, a gentle, just super sweet plant all around. Got a vibe, and I love it.

Some laws around plants are really dumb. Like why do we outlaw plants at all? Seems illogical.

They have seriously altered our perception of plants. Sugar cane in its raw form is delicious and nutritious but in its refined form causes diabetes and obesity. The same thing is true for the to***co plant as well. They have altered these sacred plants to make them bad for us. While the original plant is actually not only good for us, but incredibly healing and sacred. Its time to reclaim our original heritage and the original plant medicines.

Usually these little prayers happen in my mind but it’s nice to speak them out loud. Note #1: These are all herbs man - no big to***co here bro. Note #2: the first time I witnessed a prayer ceremony it was done with basic c!gs. Which is to say, any and all herbal offerings can be enjoyed with a prayer.

There are so many wild herbs growing that are so beneficial for our health and for our spirit. I feel like there's got to be a way to create a system for us to kind of harvest these ethically and then share them with each other. If anybody is open for starting up a system like that, let me know and I'll build it.
