Happy 2nd Birthday to my littlest baby, Miguel Emmanuel Bejarano 🎂🎈🎉. My gosh how are you already 2 yet feels like you should be turning 10. Your my brave, courageous, witty, silly, do your own thing, Love everyone and arent afraid to show it and have a cry when your angry that'll make anyone c r a z y 🤣. i absolutely love watching you grow and being your own person. Mommy loves you so incredibly much. Can't wait to celebrate you tonight 💗💚

Be brave enough to take off the masks you wear out there and get to know who you are underneath. Be Vulnerable enough to accept your flaws and challenges and know that they are what make you human, they are what make you real. Be CONFIDENT enough to accept and cherish your strengths. Don't minimize them or hide them... They are your beautiful gifts to share with the world. Be brave enough to say, you know what, all of this is who I AM. I make so many mistakes. I can be forgetful, I am Messy. I can lose my patience, and not perfect in all areas. But.... I am doing my best with what I've got. And I am so proud of that. I am proud of me. And I am proud of who I am becoming.
I could cover my flaws and the issues i'm dealing with and no one would even know what i'm going through. Thank God for makeup and AMAZING clean toxin free foundation that is healthy for my skin, so on days that I need to not look CRAZY (lol), I can look as much of my "normal" self again. Don't always think because someone looks "good" that all is good. Be careful with your words when you see something. In my case everyone thinks i have a bad sunburn and others who think i have an acne breakout. Regardless of what it is, that person may be uncomfortable in their skin.
Be kind in a world full of hate and judgement.

Don't feel bad. Don't let this scare or worry you. My face is EXTREMELY RED, i did yard work in the sun on sunday(not the smartest thing to do with rosacea), and I just got done with a killer workout. But im sharing this because this is me right now. No makeup no filter, Just me. 💜 is it uncomfortable to go in public or even face your loved ones looking like this? Yep! What are they thinking? Do they still think im beautiful? Don't let your mind play tricks on you. 🚫
Be so strong and confident inside you do not care about what others may think.
Is it embarrassing to walk around with my face like this right now (its extremely red now because I just kicked butt in my a.m. workout) but im here to be raw and real with you all. No filter to cover up what im dealing with right now. JUST ME!
I am taking natural steps to heal my face and all though you can't see it, the progress I've had in the last month is AMAZING!!! IM NOT GIVING UP and whatever you might be dealing with, don't give up! Im right here with you to fight the fight.

This hits home massively. 💯 Im so excited for whats to come. The picking through and removing what is weighing you down, those weeds that can't seem to stay gone no matter how much you pick them, the excuses you keep giving yourself, DO IT! And LET IT GO MAMA!!! its an uncomfortable process, NO ONE enjoys having to really take a look at their lives and remove/adjust/change what needs to be in order to grow and get to the next level in life. Whether its business, health, wealth, love, your kids, whatever it is that you want to accomplish and you can't seem to, its time to do a self clean up and clean out THE TOXINS. Im telling you friend, if THIS MAMA CAN, YOU CAN TOO! 💜 IM always here and have your back.
