Beginners and intermediates alike will enjoy this class of playful movement & exploration. Learn basic yoga poses & proper alignment, develop a foundation for understanding the philosophy of Yoga, learn a mantra, discover different breathing techniques (pranayama), and find out how you can use the sound of OM to create balance in your life.

Wherever you are in your yoga journey, this class will help your feel comfortable with your yoga practice

This is the time and place where you can ask questions, get one on one attention, and share your practice with others in our quaint studio.

The cost is $25
