Do you know the one thing☝️ that nearly every struggling dieter has in common?

A lack of PATIENCE ⏱

It’s the reason people repeatedly fall for the latest FAD diets or shovel out wads of cash for ridiculous weight loss products they on T.V. 📺🤦‍♂️

Deep down, they know those things don’t work. But it’s hard to resist when they promise results like, “a slim belly in just two weeks!” or “30 pounds down in 30 days!” 🙄😏

HERE’S THE TRUTH ✔️: Losing weight is going to take TIME ⏱❗❗ – there ain’t no changing that fact 🧏‍♂️

Knowing that☝️, you have TWO choices:

1️⃣ - accept that losing weight takes time and focus on making sustainable changes which you can be consistent with..
2️⃣ - continue following extreme weight loss protocols (that last two weeks, tops😢) or get all hot ‘n fussy😡 and never get started…

Ultimately, the choice is yours. But it can certainly be said that the Patient Dieter – who embraces the journey and a new, healthier lifestyle – is the one who succeeds in the long run 💪😇👌

If you are having these questions in mind, please remember – there are no magic supplements; there are no natural shortcuts. It takes dedication and consistency over a period of time to see results. Fat’s won’t make you fat! 💯🙌

1. You may think any fat you consume will go straight from your lips to your hips, but that’s not entirely accurate. Any nutrient, whether it’s a fat, carbohydrate, or protein will be converted into body fat if you eat too much of it.

2. Your body needs it –
A steady diet of skinless chicken breasts with dressing salads isn’t just bland, it may also be dangerous. The human body cannot survive without fat. In addition to acting as an energy source it provides a protective cushion for your bones and organs and keeps your hair and skin healthy.

3. Lower doesn’t always mean better.

4. Fish contains the healthiest fats.

This is so important 💯

When we start our fitness journey, we want to gain all the possible information and knowledge and do it all together. This approach may work out for some, but we recommend not to be so hard on yourself.

We want you to realize the power of “one step at a time” and have the patience and discipline to focus on sustainable changes ✨

It may happen that a person who works out every single day and eats right may feel miserable when that person does not see the results on a weight scale. The person may think that all the hard work is going in vain and may ignore the good habits that he/she might have inculcated in themselves such as developing the habit of daily movement, becoming more energetic and active, knowing the importance of mindful eating, increase in strength and endurance 💪🔥

A small reminder:
Change takes time – It takes time for seeds to grow within 🙌
Time to understand the process … time for growth, time to mature, and time for the old self to die and fall away.

This festive season, will you choose GUILT or GRACE? Be true in the comments 👇

Remember what you think and talk, your body is always listening, and you would not want to create this bad relationship with food and exercise 🙌

You should look at exercise as a way to feel good, not as a punishment for eating something more. The memories you make with family and friends are so much more important than the guilt that comes from eating a little more than usual the day before 🤗

Eat and exercise for YOUR body and what makes you feel your best. This is the key in finding that healthy relationship with all other aspects of life too ❤️

REMINDER: Food is so much more than numbers or calories. It’s connection, memories, culture, experiences & love! ✨

Balance living is all about knowing yourself, maintaining balance between your body and mind, and prioritizing self-care. And of course, it is about cultivating the aspects of life that bring you more joy and fulfilment 🧘‍♀️

Living a balanced life is something we all naturally desire. But the issue is that - there is no “one-size-fits-all” formula for living a balanced life 🤔

We all are unique and each one of us need to create our own unique formula for living a balanced life ✨

If you haven’t found your unique formula yet, now will be a great time to gain some clarity about yourself and what matters to you. Ask from yourself what balance means for you and what is it that you really want from your life. Let your imagination flow. After all, there is nobody else in this world knowing you better than yourself, what is it that you need to feel happy and fulfilled, for living your life with meaning and purpose. Finding answers to these questions would be a great starting point 🙌

This is so important 💯

So many people totally give up on their goal WHILE PROGRESSING because of this.

Remember, no progress metric is perfect. It's therefore sensible to consider more than one metric to measure our progress. You may look at daily bodyweight, progress pictures, strength progress, measurements and daily calories.

All because of this reason right here.

Also, TAG your friends below who you think should know about this!

There will be times when inches are moving but weight will be up. There will be times when weight and measurements are not moving but your pictures show all sorts of progress.

So, if the scale hasn’t moved but inches are going and clothes are fitting better, you are losing fat and need to keep going on. Don’t get short sighted with the scale.

If any metric is showing progress, keep on the course and keep doing what you’re doing. Don’t get worried about it in the slightest.
