What to do when a flavor flops📉:
We learned this one the hard way. If a flavor doesn’t match the expectation, people don’t come back!

Snickerdoodle wasn’t bad, it just didn’t eat like a cookie. Without artificial flavors, it leaned more cinnamon than anything else.

So we adjusted:
We made every flavor say exactly what it is, and we listened more closely 👂🏼

That’s what led to our first peanut free bar, Chocolate Sea Salt 🍫🧂💜

Same standards, just clearer and better.
