🌟 Meet Our Team: Vanessa 🌟
Vanessa is the CARE Team Supervisor at ameriCARE, where she brings hands-on experience and a deep commitment to dignified aging. She began her care journey at just 15 as a CNA, quickly noticing gaps in how seniors were being supported. Those early experiences inspired her mission to raise the standard of care and ensure seniors receive not just assistance, but respect, patience, and meaningful connection.
Her passion comes from a genuine love for seniors and a belief that the aging process should always be met with compassion and integrity. Vanessa is driven by the impact thoughtful, reliable care has on daily lives, and what keeps her going is seeing those positive changes happen every single day.
In her role, Vanessa focuses on improving each client’s quality of life while preserving their independence and sense of self. She believes being trusted with someone’s care is a privilege, advocating for seniors to remain in their homes whenever possible. Delivering dependable, high-quality care that supports both clients and their families is at the heart of everything she does.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys making flower arrangements, spending meaningful time with her family, and staying active.
