Introducing HeartLab Coworking ☕✨

We heard the community’s desire…
and we’re opening our doors.

Join us for Coworking Days at HeartLab — a cozy, living-room-style space to work, create, and connect.

Mondays & Fridays | 9am–5pm
$20–30 sliding scale day pass
$150/month (limited spots)

Come spend the day in our light-filled, intimate space in the Mission — designed for focus, creativity, and gentle connection.

What you’ll find inside:

• Fast Wi-Fi
• Complimentary coffee, tea & water
• Soft lounge music
• Cozy seating (couches, lounge chairs, daybed, floor seating + loft)
• Lap tables for laptops, writing, or creative projects
• HeartLab staff on-site for support

Bring your laptop…

This is coworking — reimagined as community space.

Space is intentionally limited to keep the environment relaxed and nourishing.

We’re opening our doors for Coworking Days at HeartLab! We heard the community’s desire and we’re ready to make it happen!

Starting Friday, March 20 join us every Friday from 9am to 5pm for a cozy space to work, create, and connect.

A $20-30 community sliding scale day pass includes:
– access to the entire space: daybed, large open space, cozy loft
– complimentary teas and coffee
– backjacks + floor tables

If there’s enough interest, we’ll open Mondays as well, and later pilot a monthly fee for membership.

Come spend the day with us to work, create, and connect in a truly cozy space.

Join Alex & Ariel for an evening of pranayama breathwork and connection by candlelit sound bath this coming Monday, March 16th at 7pm!

Breath is Life is an active breathwork practice that helps us listen inward and connect to the wisdom of our hearts. Along our journey we will use essential oils and conversation prompts to open access to deeper layers of our emotional and energetic bodies for self-connection and healing. Whether you’re new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner, this practice will meet you wherever you are in your journey.

Hey there! 👋 Welcome to HeartLab! We noticed a lot of our followers are new to our page, so we wanted to take a moment to introduce you all a bit more to the HeartLab Living Room.

We're a 1000 sq ft venue in the heart of SF's Mission District with a personal mission for offering events that promote community, authenticity, and transformation. HeartLab has proudly been serving the community for over four years! And this year, we've had a bit of a glow up 🌸 as we take our event space to the next level in its journey to be a true community space.

Most days of the week, you can find an epic offering being hosted at HeartLab. We want to be the perfect place to find connection to yourself and to others throughout the week and weekend, without having to hit the bars.

Our hosts and facilitators are so much of what bring life to HeartLab! We're always excited to talk to facilitators and artists with dreams of events they want to offer to the community, so please reach out if you want to help make a dream event come to fruition. We're so excited for Britt Pham to bring this monthly gathering to HeartLab. It's all about slowing down, dropping in, and remembering what it feels like to be in real connection — with yourself and with other humans in the room.

This month’s theme is Sacred Momentum — a chance to reflect on what’s moving through you this year, with guided ritual, somatic practices, and plenty of cozy space to connect afterward (think tea lounge, altar, creative stations, and good conversation).
