Hi everyone! It's been a long time since I have written. I recently have been feeling sad/depressed and crying more than usual. At the same time, I found that my levels of inflammation are higher, and I was inspired by Kelly Brogan's video on MarieTV that reminds us that depression is caused by inflammation. The light went on for me again, and so I am back on an anti-inflammation diet. I'm starting with Paleo for a month as a foundation. I'll let you know as my symptoms start to clear up!

Cooking with Essential Oils!! The MoST incredible gazpacho ever: 9 small tomatoes and one peach with Cumin Oil, Tangerine Oil, avocado oil, and sea salt. Damn tasty. Also simple salad of lettuces with sungold and cherry tomatoes, Oregano Oil, olive oil, Apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Using DoTerra oils if you want to know.
