😓 When there’s tension in our external environment (esp in California right now), we gotta make sure to take care of our tension internally

We gotta stay open, loose, and able to relax. A lot of the time, when we prompt our bodies to do this, the mental/emotional will follow

🎥 So try this simple chest and shoulder opener

💆🏽‍♀️ Once you settle in, breathe deeply, and let your body be heavy on the foam roller or floor, you’ll feel the calm

💡 BONUS: it’s great for improving posture and releasing neck and upper back tension from working at a computer or using your phone all day

💛 I give this to my chiropractic clients all the time and they LOVE it
