Standing tall not only helps with confidence, but it also prevents back pain and injury. With heavy backpacks and long hours spent sitting at a desk, it's crucial to teach our children how to carry their bags and sit properly to maintain good posture.
πͺ But it's not just for the young ones, as Grandparents' Day approaches this Sunday, let's also remind our elders to pay attention to their posture. As we age, our posture tends to deteriorate, but by focusing on it and making small adjustments, we can improve our balance, reduce the risk of falls and pain, maintain a more youthful appearance, and maintain overall health and mobility.
